It's not exactly a "complete doc" yet, but it's the most of that is publicly available to the moment - http://www.mywikinet.com/mpl/. Note that MPL sources in the CVS main trunk are more up-to-date than the .zip archive available for download from the library's page. HTH, Aleksey
