CVS reads:
        zero_vector (size_type size, size_type index):

and there is no single size_type size argument constructor.
Isn't this a bug? (looks like a cut-paste from unit_vector<>)
Yes, it is (and it was cut & paste ;-).
The bug should be fixed in CVS.
