Not officially part of boost, but proposed and never really went anywhere b/c the authors never asked for review... http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/vec_multiset/ Haven't used it, but the docs look first rate and it's from the guys that wrote DTL (database template library) so I expect it's good stuff.
