Sorry if off-topic. I've downloaded wget.exe and use it under command prompt to get the paper: wget http://homepage.mac.com/sigfpe/paper.pdf But I still got this error msg: --2009-01-28 17:20:33-- http://homepage.mac.com/sigfpe/paper.pdf Resolving homepage.mac.com... 17.250.248.34 Connecting to homepage.mac.com|17.250.248.34|:80... failed: Network is unreachable.
