[Boost-users] build process of boost code & lib creation

Hi, I’am using boost in my application. I need an explanation about build process and library creation. I’d know if there is an alternative to bjam, could I use a make file made by me? It’s difficult to implement a build process? The .lib files generated by b2 process are created from the source file contained in the archive file? Thanks. Best regards, Daniele.
