Vol 129 issue 3 from lists.boost.org, has a date stamp of 17:01:03. I've received a second copy from www.osl.ie.edu at 17:01:50.

More information on this: It is caused by DNS caches which have not yet been updated to equate the new IP address with lists.boost.org. As the DNS change propagates, the problem should disappear. Thanks, --Beman
