And another thing: boost::unrodered_map has been around for quite some time, certainly before C++11 came around. So has boost::multi_index, I remember using it with pre-C++11 compilers. I have no idea why exactly you get the C++11 code you posted ... might be that Boost 1.61 requires C++11 (which I doubt), may be something with you config, your Boost installation or similar.
