Re: [Boost-users] Searching the archives
Thanks for your answer Ben. Apachies offer a search through the mailing lists, which is very useful. I think, I will search using google, which can be practical. One only needs to add the website url at google with the specification where to search as addititional parameter, e.g. regex multibyte site:http://lists.boost.org/boost-users Thanks for your help, again. Sorry to disturb you all, I have a very simple question. Is here a functionality to search the archives,
I'm not aware of any such facility on the Boost site. The "boost" mailing list has a searchable archive on ASPN http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Mail/Browse/Threaded/boost but they don't carry boost-users.
or should I use google to search within boost.org?
That's probably the best way to do to dhits. Use "site:lists.boost.org inurl:boost-users" to restrict the search.
Ben.
