building boost program options
I'm trying to build the boost sandbox project program_options and am failing. Anyone know what version of boost is compiles cleanly with? -- Christopher Baus http://www.baus.net/

You really should think about checking out the version of program_options from the main CVS repository. The main CVS version has all the changes from the review incorporated and is part of the regression suite. I'm not sure if that option is back portable to 1.31, but I think that would be your best bet if you don't want to go with the current CVS for everything else. http://www.boost.org/more/getting_started.html#CVS HTH, Jeff

True. The version in sandbox exists mainly so that users who depend on pre-review version could give a link to that version (one release of Wave preprocessor needs it). The version in CVS has some interface changes, so you better off starting with it. - Volodya
