[boost] [trac] where is david_abrahams?

Dave is still listed as the primary maintainer of several libraries, but Trac won't let me assign a new bug to him. "david_abrahams" isn't one of the choices in the Owner drop down. Where'd he go? -- Eric Niebler Boost.org http://www.boost.org
