I strongly feel that name "monad" need to be renamed :) Proposed alternatives:

- `basic_monad` -> `outcome_base` or `basic_outcome` - `monad_error` -> `bad_outcome` or `outcome_error`

basic_monad --> basic_outcome

monad_error --> bad_outcome
