I envision the construction of a tool which just goes to github and downloads a list of boost libraries. For each library the download process makes a simple transform to a standalone directory for that library. No, no, no. Let's not turn that into yet another tools discussion. This isn't about tooling, it's about how we want to run the project (or projects, as it stands) as a community.
