I'm the author of the library. I've done numerous (unpublished yet) post-review changes to the library and have been planning to officially push it to Boost, but other activities caused the hiatus of this task. I'm going to finalise this and I hope to make it as soon as possible, but I can't promise any specific dates now.
Hmmm - this passed review in 2010. It would have been helpful to me to know about this and perhaps experiment with - even in it's provisional state. How about giving it a little bit more visibility by submitting it to the Boost Library Incubator - www.blincubator.com? Robert Ramey
