[boost] My messages do not reach boost-request@lists.boost.org

Hi, I've tried a couple of times to write to the Boost Developers mail list, but I don't see my messages getting through to the list. I seem to reach the Boost Users mil list without problems. Could you please review why this is happening? Thanks in advance!
