[boost] Gsoc 18

Can anyone provide me the contact of Vinícius dos Santos Oliveira . I urgently need it . I wish to work on New Astronomy Library as my gsoc 18 project .But I am unable to find his contact. I tried #boost channel , there they said that here you'll find nothing and when I went to #boost-soc , there noone is there. Your help would be appreciated.
