Yes I have already started. I hope to be complete within a month or so.

I think everyone wants * `dropped` adaptor * `elements` adaptor * `taken` adaptor * `regular` utility so merging these first (and eventually merging the rest) would make the users happy.

I'll put some merged code forward soon and take these as high priority adaptors.
