[boost] new macros

Hello Developer, can you please provide these 2 macros: - BOOST_HAS_LIB_INT128 - BOOST_NO_INT8_T and there is another bug in boost::is_unsigned with char8_t. See https://godbolt.org/z/o8z1aq thx Gero
