Hi all, thanks for the naming proposals. Norvald, who works at Oracle, has passed our query down to Oracle's legal team. Let's wait for their answer before making a decision here. The library will likely need breaking changes before it gets into Boost, so I wouldn't say there's a hurry.
Doesn't the common protocol have a name distinct from MySQL and MariaDB? Like the "X Protocol" has its own name distinct from MySQL. -- Alan Freitas
