[boost] Searching Algorithm

Looking to contribute to the sorting library under algorithms. Any mentors available? Also, is their any interest in searching algorithms? I looked up the boost libraries but couldn't find any. Are there any mentors available? I want to make a searching library which will be genetic in nature and applicable for all data types. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks. Siddhartha
