[boost] Ownership of tickets for Boost Phoenix

I have taken over as maintainer of Boost Phoenix and have started to fix the reported bugs. How do I get to be the owner of the bugs so that I can change their status when they have been fixed and tested? Also how can I be sure to get notification of new bug reports? John Fletcher
