It happened since 1.78 when the meta key was changed from "functional/hash" to "container_hash"
If we want to reflect that this is really a new library, at 1.78 the initial boost-version should also have been changed from 1.33 to 1.78.
In any case, we should figure out how to fix this.
This really isn't a new library, is it? So there should be a single entry in the list, ideally starting from Boost 1.33. The list should not reflect renames or moves, other than in URLs.
