Since the plans for 1.80.1 have been abandoned, it's not clear what we can do about that except probably updating the Known Issues section.

Clang 15 was released after Boost 1.80.0, so it should be expected that this compiler was not tested. But a post-release note with a patch seems like an ok solution.
