[boost] Mutual respect

Some comments in the boost Async discussion were unconstructive and disrespectful. I want to remind folks that this is not how this community operates and thrives. Technical disagreements are, of course, fine and encouraged but we don't cross into putting people down, imputing nefarious motives, or disrespecting people's efforts. Thanks, -- David
