Such case already happen, we have a bunch of contributors sending us patches and we treat the PR fairly. As I said earlier, the effort into adding the full support for a given arch can be non-trivial but if the PR is good enough, we'll give it an actual look and see if it is indeed worth merging. As for our business, be assured we don't run on bSIMD licence only ;)
