[boost] [Trac][convert] Associate Vladimir as author of Boost.Convert

Hi, I requested sometime ago to add convert to the Trac system. It was done, but it was associated to me as maintainer. Please, could someone assign it to Vladimir Batov Vladimir, I guess you need to give your use in name.
