Re: [boost] [interprocess] atomic_write32 on GCC/x86/x68_64 lacks memory barrier

One more thing, I put the _ReadWriteBarrier intrinsic in atomic.hpp to make the patch easier to handle for me. I guess it ought to go in the win32 api header.
