I have successfully built the libraries on the following platforms:
Ubuntu 18.04 using GCC 7.5: C++03/11/14/17 Mac OS 10.15.5 using "Apple clang version 11.0.3 (clang-1103.0.32.62)”: C++03/11/14/17/2a
Also successfully built on Mac OS 10.15.5 using “Tip Of Tree Clang”: C++03/11/14/17/2a — Marshall
