Reminder..

The Boost 1.62 release, i.e. master branches, are now closed. Any change requires approval from a release manager.

The release will reopen for bug fixes a week from now after the beta is posted.

Could you please apply the latest master changes from lexical_cast and variant. There are small bugfixes only (and a few more tests). Changes have been tested for a long time in develop. I've forgot to merge them to master before the deadline :(

The master branch will be open again post-beta. Merge them then. -- Marshall
