If you mean how many c++03 libraries are used by other boost libraries that support 03, then I'm willing to determine this number if you want(might take a bit though). But if you have a look at the boost dependency graph you'll see that this a actually very common case. What I don't know is of course, how many of those libraries are maintained by people that would like to use c++11 or later if they did not have to care about other libraries depending on them.
