[boost] [trac] email notifications?

Hi, Is trac sending email notification on comments and changes regarding tickets? It used to do so, but I am not receiving anything. I am asking because I am waiting for ppl to comment on the tickets for some time. If people do not receive email notifications, I think I will wait for ever. Thanks, Raffi
