I think this is good advice for ALL developers who want to get a library into Boost. I realize it's easier said than done though. A main motivator for the boost library incubator is to help this along. I realize that it hasn't been particularly successful in this regard.I'm always open to suggestions on what we can do to get more people engaged in a library before it goes to formal review.
boost.fiber is available at boost incubator since June 2014 - unfortunately I got not response
