[boost] Wanted: reviewers for boost.test doc overhaul

[Please do not mail me a copy of your followup] As per the "What do we do about boost.test?" thread last year, the biggest complaint seemed to be the documentation. I'm overhauling the documentation using quickbook and I'd appreciate incremental feedback along the way.
