Downloads of boost from Bintray.com are temporarily unavailable
Apparently, Boost is being downloaded over 6000 times/day from Bintray, and we've reached the limits of their bandwidth for the month. We're trying to get them to increase our quota (and see if there's someone who is downloading boost over and over again), but at the present time, downloads from bintray are being rejected. Hopefully this will be a temporary situation. -- Marshall (boost release manager)

The bintray limits have been increased. Thank you Diego at Conan for helping sort things out! michael (humbly helping where we can)

Surely the cause is a CI job, or rather, many CI jobs? I know my Travis config downloads Boost source code, but I cache the unpacked distro across CI runs. I don't doubt many others do not bother. After all, they don't pay the costs. Niall
