There are some changes I did to the cited libraries and tools to deal with some release build infrastructure. I need to know if the maintainers of them are going to merge their respective develop branches to master?

The change breaks building auto_index on windows for me - see comment on github. John.

Not sure if you get emails for my responses on github.. So repeating here..

What commands are you using to get the error? Note, I can at minimum get b2 to attempt building with the default invocation. Although the compile fails. Probably because I'm using the rather old msvc-12. Actually.. Tried with msvc-14, and that also fails to compile auto_index.

I've just cherry-picked it for quickbook, so it won't show up as merged.

It's been a week.. So I've gone ahead and merged the pool (with PR+merge), ptr_container (duplicated change), typeof (duplicated change).

For auto_index I only created a PR for John to deal with.

And still waiting on geometry to merge. Reminder.. Tomorrow is the deadline for breaking changes! Thanks; it is just merged (including your commit of yesterday).
