I wanted to call out Sam Darwin's work on this:
Transitioned boost mailing list gateway from mailgun to Amazon SES

Wow, the foundation was paying > $6000/year to send these emails? Are the Boost Foundation accounts available somewhere, so we can look for other expenses that could be similarly addressed? Regards, Phil.
