Hi all, I would like to know if it is allowed to delete the git tags that are associated to beta releases (such as "boost-1.45.0-beta1"). Thanks, Raffi

Why do you want to remove beta tags? Tags are useful for tracking publicly available packages. michael -- Michael Caisse Ciere Consulting ciere.com

I was making the assumption that keeping tracks of beta is useless for end-users. They would rather take full version, either prior or posterior to those betas (if available), and the value of those beta tags is limited to the release cycle. To my opinion, this case was not useful. The initial intent was to clean stuff on the GIT history. Raffi
