boost.test documentation header
Hi, Boost.test 1.59 documentation header is not the same as the other boost libraries. In particular, the green header is missing: http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_59_0/libs/test/doc/html/index.html vs for instance: http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_59_0/libs/assert/assert.html I would like to know how to include this header and what I am missing in the documentation generation. Those headers are also mentioning the latest available version of the doc. Thanks, Raffi PS.: sorry for cross-posting, but I cannot get an answer on boost-doc ML/

I've set that up.
